Six routes, one measuring standard
A three-night banya stay and a seven-night ridge traverse are described here in the same columns, so you can compare them without translating between formats.
Departures run May to October. Springs above 900 m open later in the season, and mountain road access decides which of the six routes can be joined on a given week. Every route below lists its own season window, its elevation band and the springs it actually reaches on foot.
These are leisure travel programmes that combine spring water, walking and traditional bathing. They are not medical treatment and no route is sold as a cure.
