We process them under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI on the basis of consent, contract, or legitimate interest. Non-essential cookies require your prior consent under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX.
3. Use and disclosure
We use data to answer enquiries, confirm bookings, provide travel and wellness services, meet legal duties and improve the site. Advertising is truthful under the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-ВР; we do not promise medical cures. Before you order we publish our legal name, location, contacts and registration data as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII. If we act as tour operator or travel agent we disclose that status and essential terms under the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-ВР.
4. Sharing and retention
