Terms for booking and taking part in wellness retreats offered by myrvixx.com LLC.

1. Provider information

2. Booking, prices and payment

A booking is made by submitting the request on the site; the contract is concluded when we confirm in writing. Essential terms and prices are given before you confirm, under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX. Payment uses the methods shown at checkout.

3. Cancellation, refunds and liability

You may cancel on the terms shown before booking. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms. Refunds go to the original payment method within the period set by Law No. 3153-IX. We are liable for proper performance and do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.

4. Travel and wellness services

We disclose our tour operator or travel agent status, licence details and essential terms under the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR. Travel and wellness ads are truthful and substantiated under the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR. No medical cures are promised; wellness activities are not treatment.

5. Complaints, data and governing law

Complaints: contact@myrvixx.com; we reply within the period under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX. Redress is available from the State Service on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or in court. We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI. Non-essential cookies require consent; secret access to terminal equipment is banned under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX. Ukrainian law governs these terms.
