All booking requests for our Carpathian wellness and spa retreat tours arrive through a single channel: the request form on this page. Nothing is lost in a chat thread, and no dates are held by a message sent anywhere else.
We read incoming requests Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00 EET, and answer within one business day. Your message reaches a route planner, not a call centre, so the reply carries the actual departure dates, the spring season for the elevation you picked, and the transfer time from Uzhhorod. Fill in the booking request form and you will get a written offer with a 48 hour hold on your dates, with no payment required to hold them.

Booking request
Departures run May to October. Springs above 900 m open later in the season and the Solotvyno salt lakes are summer access only. Tell us your month and party size, and we match you to a route with a confirmed transfer from Uzhhorod.
04Operator record
Bookings, transfer timing and route questions are handled from one office in Uzhhorod. Calls and email are answered in English and Ukrainian.
Written requests get a reply within one working day. Send the booking request form and we confirm availability against your dates.
05 · Booking questions
These four answers cover what travellers ask before confirming a departure. Each one names the numbers that apply.
Reserve with a 20% deposit. The balance is due 30 days before departure. Rates are quoted per person at double occupancy, transfers are listed separately, and the local tourist tax of UAH 40 per person per night is paid on site. Card and bank transfer are both accepted.
Cancel 30 or more days before departure and the deposit is refunded in full. Between 29 and 15 days, 50% of the tour price is retained. Inside 14 days the full amount is non-refundable. Mountain road closures that we cannot route around are refunded at 100%.
Yes. Single occupancy adds a supplement of 25% on the double rate, quoted per route. Rooms in the higher lodges above 900 m have one bed only, so the supplement is fixed there rather than calculated.
Send dietary requirements at least 14 days before departure through the booking form. Kitchens on every route prepare vegetarian and gluten-free plates as standard; other needs are confirmed in writing before the deposit is taken. These tours are leisure travel, not medical treatment.
